In our latest blog, our MD, Aimee Shortman, looks back over her first 100 days in the role and gives a hint at what the future holds for Brand Biology.
It’s hard to believe it but 100 days have now passed since I first took over as MD of Brand Biology – how time flies! I feel very privileged to have taken over the reins from Jill, Ian and Aly before me and to have been given the opportunity to build on their legacy of creating an award winning customer experience and behavioural change training consultancy.
It’s fair to say that so far, my time in charge has been busy, but very exciting at the same time. With that in mind, I’d like to take this opportunity to reflect back and share some of the things I’ve been up to with you, and also give you a hint of the things that our team have up their sleeves for 2018 too!
Since January, I’ve focussed on getting out there and meeting as many of our clients and associates as possible. I’ve really wanted to get a better understanding of the great work we have done and the support we have provided our clients in their quest to provide world class customer experiences.
We are lucky enough to work with some recognised and respected clients who work across many sectors including automotive, rail, technology and insurance. It has been a privilege to hear firsthand how the programmes that Brand Biology have developed have made real cultural and behavioural changes that have driven teams to deliver exceptional customer experiences.
I have also spent a great deal of time with the Brand Biology team here in Bristol, getting to know everyone and their specific skills and strengths in order to understand what makes our unique approach so successful. We really do have a fantastic team of people here who bring a wealth of experience and expertise to their respective roles, and as the year goes on I’m looking forward to us working together to drive the business forward.
So what does the rest of 2018 hold for Brand Biology? Well without giving too much away at this stage, I can let you know that we have been busy developing some new and exciting products behind the scenes! We will be launching these new products over the next quarter, so watch this space, as we will be updating our website with an in-depth look at our new product offering very soon.
As part of our new product offering, we are also looking forward to rolling-out our own specialised workshop events across the UK. We know that experiencing our live events first hand can drive the desired behavioural change and add the most value, so we’re looking forward to sharing our knowledge and insight with you in person.

I’m proud to say that the future looks really promising for Brand Biology and I’m really excited about the journey ahead and building upon the great work that we are already doing.
